THERMALFLEX29™ Neuropathy Balance Program
A sensory-based, guided movement approach designed to restore communication between your feet and nervous system.

A loss of sensation.
Less stability.
More effort just to move the way they used to.
Over time, this can affect balance, confidence, and overall movement.
But these changes are not just about strength.
They often reflect a breakdown in communication between your feet and nervous system.
If you’ve been dealing with neuropathy symptoms, you may recognize this…
- Numbness or tingling that comes and goes — or never fully goes away
- Burning or discomfort, especially at night
- Feet that feel “different,” disconnected, or less responsive
- Less confidence when walking, standing, or changing direction
- A subtle (or not so subtle) loss of balance
- Feeling like you have to pay more attention just to move safely
- Avoiding certain activities because you don’t feel as steady
- Getting fatigued more quickly than you used to
You may have even been told it’s neuropathy —
or you simply know your body doesn’t feel the way it used to.
👉 If you checked even one of these, your body is giving you important signals.
Most people are told to “manage” these symptoms…

THERMALFLEX29™ Neuropathy Balance Program is designed to restore communication between your feet and nervous system.
Using thermal imaging, sensory stimulation, and guided movement, your body begins to reconnect to its foundation.
Participants often notice:
✔ Improved sensation in their feet
✔ Better balance and stability
✔ Reduced discomfort or tingling
✔ Increased confidence walking and standing

“I used to lose my balance, always falling and walking into walls and stumbling over my own feet from neuropathy. Ater just a few weeks, I can actually feel sensation in the bottom of my feet, they feel alive! I find it funny how if you change the position of your feet and legs and how you stand and sit makes such an impact. I feel like a new person has stepped into my body and is taking over! This has made a big difference in my life, it’s made it a little easier to move onto my future. You’ve given me hope again.”

“Before participating in the THERMALFLEX29 program, I felt like I was unable to balance all of the time. In fact, I was off balance quite frequently. I was feeling stressed, and always worrying, “what if I fall?’” Since working on the exercises that Julie Anne teaches, I have been using my breathing techniques to relax before taking on a task. I have learned to take a moment and focus while doing my exercises and before beginning daily activities. I feel a sense of accomplishment and definitely more confidence in my steps!”

These are real people who experienced changes in neuropathy symptoms, stability, overall strength and movement by restoring how their feet and nervous system work together.

Results vary, but the goal is always improved awareness, stability, and confidence.
Yes. This program is designed for individuals experiencing numbness, tingling, or changes in balance related to neuropathy.
Actually, many participants join to improve balance, strength, stability, circulation, posture, and overall movement—not just pain. The feet influence the entire body, and improving how they function can have a wide-reaching impact.
That’s a primary focus. When your body has a clearer sense of where your feet are and how to respond, movement often feels more stable and controlled. Many participants report feeling more confident walking, standing, and navigating everyday activities.
No. This is a guided, supportive program designed to meet you where you are—no intense exercise required.
Thermal imaging provides a visual snapshot of circulation and temperature patterns in your feet and lower legs. It helps identify areas of imbalance, highlighting areas of increased or decreased heat, which may indicate changes in circulation or underlying stress in tissues. This helps guide your program and allows us to track changes over time, giving both you and your practitioner clear, objective feedback throughout the program. Many participants find it helpful to actually see what’s changing in their body.
Every step you take should feel steady, supported, and confident.
When your feet and nervous system are working together, movement becomes easier, safer, and more natural.
THERMALFLEX29™ Neuropathy Balance Program is designed to help you restore that connection—so you can move with greater stability, confidence, and control in your everyday life.
If you’re ready for a more supportive, effective approach, this is your next step.
